We realise the first step in coming to a new place can be difficult. But we think you’ll be surprised at how easily they come after that. For more information, a lift to one of our meetings, or a chat with one of our elders, please e-mail us (rob_lois.bennett@ntlworld.com). We’ll be delighted to hear from you!
Collier Row Gospel Hall is situated at the west end of Collier Row Road, next to the Esso Garage at the bottom of the hill. If you need a lift, we’ll be happy to come and pick you up. Alternatively, if you’re travelling from a distance to get here, please let us know and we’ll try to arrange some food for you after the service. Our address is:
158 Collier Row Road,
Collier Row,

For a map, click here. The Hall is down the road from the church marked “+”, next to the park entrance. We look forward to seeing you there!

by car…

Collier Row Road runs parallel, and about a mile north of, Eastern Avenue (the A12). Coming from Romford via North Street, you cross the A12 and turn left at Collier Row roundabout. Coming from London on the A12, however, you turn north at Whalebone Lane (the A1120), right at the first roundabout, and then right again at a mini-roundabout. You’ll then find the Hall about 100 yards down on your left.

by bus…

From Romford Station Stop V: take the 294 towards Havering Park/Hunters Grove to Lodge Lane; and get off outside “The White Hart”, which is the pub opposite the Hall.

From Romford Station Stop X: take the 252 towards Collier Row/Clockhouse Lane to White Hart Lane.
From Romford Station Stop V: take the 247 towards Barnado House/Gobians Farm.

the bigger picture…

If you want to get somewhere in this world, there’s a right and a wrong way of going about it. All roads don’t lead to the same place: if you set out in the wrong direction, you’ll end up in the wrong place.

When it comes to getting to heaven, however, many people seem to think they can get there any way they please. Yet, if God exists, this is highly unlikely. The only way to get to heaven is God’s way, and that way is in fact a person: Jesus Christ. Life can be hard at times, and thinking about life beyond the grave is not always a pleasant thought. But whatever problems you are facing right now, they are nothing compared to the trouble you could be in with your Creator; and they are nothing the God of Heaven can’t put right.
