Welcome! And thanks for taking the time to check out our website. Before you go any further, we'd like to take the opportunity to invite you to one of our Sunday evening meetings. The meetings run from 4:30-5:15pm and consist of:
a short presentation of the Christian faith,
some well-known (and well-loved) hymns,
a cup of tea or coffee, and
a chance to meet some of us regulars!
We also run a Sunday School on Sunday mornings (from 10:00-11:00am). All primary-school-aged children are welcome, as are parents who want to see what we get up to. There's no need to attend our church—just bring your children whenever you're able to.
We realise the first steps in coming to a church might be difficult, but we think you'll be surprised how easily they come after that!
...a quick thought...
When people buy a house, or a second-hand car, they normally want to test the truth of what they're being told. Yet when it comes to the most important issue of all—the issue of where we will spend eternity—it seems that millions of otherwise sane and rational people seem happy to pin their hopes on the kind of evidence that wouldn't convince them to sign up for the latest broadband offer!
At Collier Row Gospel Hall, we want to give you an opportunity to "taste and see that the Lord is good"—to examine the claims of the gospel and find out if they are true. So, why not come and join us one Sunday evening?
